POSTPONED~Midsummer Campout – 2024~POSTPONED

To our beloved Pagan Community,

We have some important updates to share with you about our event schedule. As many of you know, Evermore Park, where we held our Beltane and Samhain festivals, went out of business just before our April Beltane festival. This unexpected change required us to quickly find a new venue to ensure that Beltane could still take place, and we now face the same challenge for our upcoming Samhain festival in October.

Amidst these changes, we had planned to introduce a new event to our schedule: the Midsummer Campout in July. This would have been a first-time event for our organization, and we were very excited about it. However, finding a new venue and planning a new event is a substantial amount of work. The closure of Evermore Park has demanded a significant amount of our time and energy to secure new locations and properly plan our festivals.

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Midsummer Campout until next year, 2025. This will allow us to focus on ensuring that our Beltane and Samhain festivals remain as wonderful and magical as ever. We are excited for our upcoming Samhain festival, and we will announce the new location soon!
