Please arrive at the entrance no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. As rituals are scheduled back-to-back\, doors will close at the exact start time and late entry will not be permitted to avoid disrupting the sacred ceremony. \n\n\nReservation Deadline & Walk-Ups: Reservations close October 12\, 2025. Walk-ups are welcome on the day of the festival if space is available—please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the ritual start time outside the Heritage Building. \n\n\nIf participating in a group\, each person must make their own reservation. No more than two reservations can be made under the same email & phone number. Children 5 and under do not need a reservation. \n\n\nRituals are indoors\, closed-door\, and by reservation only. \n\n\nThese are serious pagan rituals rooted in ancient spiritual and cultural practices. \n\n\nAll are welcome. DESCRIPTION:To our beloved Pagan Community\, \nWe have some important updates to share with you about our event schedule. As many of you know\, Evermore Park\, where we held our Beltane and Samhain festivals\, went out of business just before our April Beltane festival. This unexpected change required us to quickly find a new venue to ensure that Beltane could still take place\, and we now face the same challenge for our upcoming Samhain festival in October. \nAmidst these changes\, we had planned to introduce a new event to our schedule: the Midsummer Campout in July. This would have been a first-time event for our organization\, and we were very excited about it. However\, finding a new venue and planning a new event is a substantial amount of work. The closure of Evermore Park has demanded a significant amount of our time and energy to secure new locations and properly plan our festivals. \nAs a result\, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Midsummer Campout until next year\, 2025. This will allow us to focus on ensuring that our Beltane and Samhain festivals remain as wonderful and magical as ever. We are excited for our upcoming Samhain festival\, and we will announce the new location soon! \nWe appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time.
