Food/Beverage Vendor Application
This Food Truck Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on date that applicant submitted application between Utah Pagan Market, hereinafter referred to as the “Event Organizer,” and Applicant, hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor.”
1. Vendor Responsibilities:
1.1 Compliance with Utah Laws: The Vendor agrees to abide by all relevant laws and regulations of the state of Utah pertaining to food service operations, including but not limited to health and safety standards, licensing, and zoning regulations.
1.2 Permits and Licenses: The Vendor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications required by the Utah Department of Health and any other relevant authorities.
1.3 Insurance: The Vendor agrees to and shall carry liability insurance coverage.
1.4 Health and Safety Standards: The Vendor agrees to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with Utah health regulations.
2. Fees and Payments:
2.1 Vendor Fee: The Vendor shall pay a vendor fee of [Vendor’s Proclaimed Bid] no later than October 14 2023. This fee covers the cost of the vendor space.
3. Set-Up and Breakdown:
3.1 Set-Up Time: The Vendor may set up their food truck no earlier than 10am on the day of the event.
3.2 Breakdown Time: The Vendor must begin breakdown no later than 6:30pm on the day of the event.
4. Clean-Up:
4.1 Vendor Area: The Vendor is responsible for cleaning their designated area before departure. All waste and trash must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles.
5. Indemnification and Liability:
5.1 Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of the Vendor’s participation in the event.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: The Event Organizer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by the Vendor or their employees, customers, or any third parties.
6. Termination:
6.1 Breach of Agreement: Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party.
7. Miscellaneous:
7.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
7.2 Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Utah.
