Vendor Setup/Takedown: 7am-10am/8pm-10pm

Estimated attendance: 1500+

Provided with booth: Tables will be provided as shown on the map along with two chairs per booth. You may bring any additional display items as long as they fit within your designated floor space (dimensions as shown on map).

Marketing Efforts: Each vendor will receive custom marketing to post on social media • ad in Pagan Chronicle • 30K+ Social media views through FaceBook boosted posts • 3000+ emails to our subscribers • one week running marquee at the event center on state street the week before event

Type of Vendors: This is a healing conference focused on healing the mind, body and soul. We ask that your products sold and services offered are aligned with this theme. We are accepting the following type of vendors:

Sponsors – Booth includes one six foot table and two chairs for marketing and business promotion materials. Your business will be listed as a Utah Pagan Market sponsor and will appear in all printed materials, social media posts, email blasts and signage on day of event (from time of booth purchase)

Readers (ie tarot, palmistry, astrology, etc)- Booth includes one small table and two chairs. You will be responsible for collecting your own payments (UPM will not retain any percent of your sales for this event). CURRENT READERS BOOKED FOR THIS EVENT: Oracle Readings (x2), Intuitive Readings (x1), Runic Readings (x1), 

Healers (ie reiki, massage, etc) – Booth includes one six foot table and two chairs. You can bring any other display or booth items as long as they fit in your designated floor space. You are permitted to sell products from your booth, just let us know this is what you plan on doing so we can get you a temporary sales tax license. If you are a healer, but don’t need a full booth space, if a reader table is enough to accomodate your modality of healing then feel free to reserve just the reader table (make sure to reach out to us if this is the case and let us know what type of healing services you will be offering so we can properly market your business) CURRENT HEALERS FOR THIS EVENT: REIKI,Foot Zoning

Product Vendors–  Vendors selling any type of product, booth will be provided with the tables shown on the floor map plus two chairs. Any additional tables or display items must fit inside the designated floor space.
