What makes the most successful market for our community and how our hosting venues can help support that:
- Having markets booked 3 months out: We try to keep our markets booked three months out, this gives our managers three months to plan, advertise and fill up the vendor spaces available.
- Booking the same venue for 2 or more consecutive markets: It is a lot of work to onboard a new hosting venue. We have to scout, map out, gather information and build it into our system. Plus, the first couple of markets come with a few learning curves, with many observations and adjustments. Once you have successfully hosted one of our markets we are good to go for anytime in the future! All you have to do is book it on our calendar!
